Job Title: NTO Digital Lead

Job Description:

  • Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Serve the customer Ensure the customer needs are driving the design of the product line throughout the product lifecycle; works with product owners to ensure consistency and coherence in how the customer needs are addressed across the product line Ensure deployment success by partnering with the business to successfully implement tools and support business to evolve relevant business process End-to-end product line accountability
  • Drive the Lighthouse product vision and implementation from strategy to product roadmap, ensure agile ways of working are applied for product development/delivery/lifecycle, oversee timelines and budget
  • Accountable for product delivery and customer adoption Review leading indicators for lighthouse projects on quarterly basis to measure success (delivered business outcome)
  • Leading empowered Product Teams Accountable for the product line output and value of the product Ensure the team is comprised of the necessary skillset and capabilities to deliver the product
  • Establish and manage teams of individuals with diverse backgrounds; encourage transparency and coordination, surface bottlenecks and communicate learnings to other teams and team members
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication Work with stakeholders within the organization to build transparency and incorporate inputs as needed
  • Ensure ongoing awareness and alignment between product team and stakeholders Champion product line vision, secures resources and removes roadblocks Ensure that learnings/know-how from existing digital initiatives are leveraged and linked to maximize the value for the NTO organization Manage NTO Stakeholders and drive harmonization (e.g. for KPIs) and drive project execution according to eCAR in close collaboration with IT and Chief digital office
  • Adherences Adherence to the Novartis Values & Behaviors Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, change management, etc.
  • Mentoring team, Identify and resolves operational issues, clearly articulate potential recommendations/solutions to all stakeholders Be proactive in planning; anticipating change and acting in accordance; drive meticulous implementation of team goals and metrics
