Job Title: Senior Manager - NPI
- Drive I&D productivity Â and ensure that 50% of the NPIs throughput is from I&D by 2020. Design and support the therapy area strategy.
- Identify therapy area gaps in portfolios of and deliver differentiated products through projects like MOONSHOT across all 3 affiliates in EPD India.
- Drive, introduce and align EPD India NPI process with global NPI process (E2E) through Planisware implementation across all 4 affiliates
- Drive the EPD India Innovation Board process.
- Drive Differentiation projects for all lead brands of all 4 affiliates which contributes to 60% of EPD India $ 1.03 BN sales. Core
- NPI process and Playbook Overall responsibility for driving playbook between 3 affiliates working closely with NPI teams, Regulatory, Medical, IP, Operations and I&D teams
- Work with the affiliate NPI and IB board to finalize 4 themes of playbook per affiliate for the year across 3 affiliates
- Roll the learnings and revised process of running the playbook for the year and driving the meetings across the year within the EPD to finalize playbook for every quarter Working with affiliate NPI teams, Medical teams, Regulatory team and I&D team to facilitate playbook process - ideation, forecasting, one pager, ensuring market research and stakeholder management in line with business goals, strengths and capabilities across key therapy areas.
- Roll out the EPD playbook every quarter to Epd India and report the pipeline to global teams I&D productivity: Work with the Working with affiliate NPI teams, Medical teams, Regulatory team and I&D team to facilitate Â I&D playbook process - ideation, forecasting, one pagers, and due diligence for I&D pipeline Ensure robust DRF (business case) by actively engaging with NPI , commercial, finance and I&D teams .
- Running monthly EPD I&D review meetings for active I&D products under execution with affiliate NPI Medical, regulatory , IP , Ops BDÂ to de-bottle, resolve and ensure alignment across all stakeholders with respect to development and launch Report I&D pipeline to EPD team in Basel along with forecast etc.
- Working towards increasing I&D productivity and ensure that 50% of the NPIs throughput is from I&D Roll the learnings and revised DRF process to ensure smoother implementation and execution of business case and development
- Process Global End 2 End NPI process Drive , introduce and align EPD India NPI process with global NPI process through plainware implementation across all 4 affiliates
- Periodic review of the process and improvements to be suggested and implemented along with EPD E2E admin and plains ware team Work along with NPI teams and other stakeholders for smoother implementation of E2E process as per Class A.
