Our Client is Hiring for:
Job Title: Xactly Specialist - Sales Compensation
Responsibilities:
Lead Infoblox Sales Plan configuration including re-configurations on Xactly
Liaison with internal as well as third parties for integration and testing associated with changes to systems and plans
Handle administrative operations including employee set-up, access management, hierarchy and named relationship management
Manage monthly closure activities, EDoc template set-up, plan document rollout and goal letter releases including approval tracking
Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and other related departments to drive processes effectively
Drive process improvements and automation projects
Own roadmap of enhancement requests and ensure continued optimization of Xactly platform
Document vital processes and change management
Requirements:
5-7 years Xactly administrator/developer experience
3-4 years of experience in configuring new Sales Plans as well as re-configuring rules and formulas is mandatory
Implementation experience with knowledge of Xactly integration using Connect
Strong ability in identifying issues and providing optimal solutions on Xactly
Excellent understanding of nuances related to Sales compensation
Uphold the highest level of personal integrity, collaboration, and maturity
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines
Proactive team player who will collaborate with the Finance and the extended functions to quickly resolve problems
Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic work environment
Strong desire to tackle new challenges and projects with enthusiasm
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and exposure to Salesforce is desirable
Flexibility to work across Geographies / Time zones
Experience: 5-7 years
