Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive opportunity creation and deal progression of new business within defined account segmentation which can be vertical focused or Techwave BU horizontal specific
- Attend training to develop and implement the right behaviors, attitude and techniques to exceed sales goals.
- Work towards exceeding assigned business, pipeline and goals while ensuring a customer first approach.
- Qualify and further develop warm leads by performing custom, end-user requirements analyze by passing the lead to right BU technical resources Prepare and present collateral created by BUs on their service offerings
- Respond to Customer Requests for Information on Techwave services Execute targeted outbound campaigns within assigned territories designed to generate pipeline Record daily sales activities in CRM system to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to assist field sales force
- Understand sales targeting including, talk-time/dial, funnel contribution, revenue and pipeline creating targets
- Provide updates and reporting on forecasting and other sales activities such as pipeline development and active deals as part your regular reporting duties
- Knowledge & Skills Utilizes professional and educational training, along with relevant previous experiences, to gain understanding of customer's decision-making process, goals, and business objectives.
- Understands general business and technical context of customer inquiries
- Functioning knowledge of cloud and deployment of ERP software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or BI software concepts and products.
Experience: 3 years
