  • Will be responsible for generating new business by finding business opportunities and constant efforts to identify new customers

  • Managing sales team, lead generation & conversion

  • Collecting the requirement from the customer for new lead

  • Review of Sales funnel/opportunities on weekly basis and monitor the progress and take necessary actions in improving the business to meet the agreed targets.

Skills:

  • Candidate must and should have excellent communication skills.

  • Candidate must possess good listening skills, Marketing skill, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill and Team working ability.

Job Description:

  • Generation of leads and meeting with clients for Recruitment and Staffing Business.

  • Extensive Networking and Cold Calling Activities.

  • Briefing the client about the company information and understand their needs.

  • Maintaining the Database and Dashboard.

Experience: Fresher

Salary: 10000 to 12000 INR per month + Incentives

Location: Gurgaon
