- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment
- A Bachelor's of Science or Human Resources degree.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.

- Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
- Ability to close 5-7 requisitions in a month within budget
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
- Sourcing candidates through different recruitment channels, negotiating and onboarding candidates
- Conduct specific preliminary IT interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements
