Our Client is Hiring for:

Job Title: Talent sourcing specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Use social media networks to look for and connect with professionals on niche platforms.
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirement.
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
  • Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of at least 4 years into sourcing technical candidates
  • Experience with product hiring
  • Key requirement is prior experience in Corporate recruitment or RPO space
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience: 5+ years

Salary: As per the Company Standards

Location: Bangalore
