Job Title: HR Manager
Skills:
- Sourcing and recruitment (from own Recruitment firms, own sources, etc)
- Hiring (scheduling technical and non-technical interviews, collating reviews to enable selection of candidates)
- Onboarding, induction and exits (procuring/allocating/retrieving ID cards, laptops, workstations, email, work IDs. Giving briefs of policies and code of conduct)
- Employee engagement
- Organizing Training with internal/external Experts/Agencies
- Appraisals (managing bi-annual appraisal cycle from start to end)
- Managing internships (recruiting, allocation to teams and exit)
- Building an effective HR team
- HR related MIS
Experience: 8 -12 years.
Salary: As per the Company Standards
Location: Mumbai
