Job Title: Talent Acquisition
1. Develop and execute recruiting plans
2. Hiring for all open positions and creating a database for the pool positions.
3. Closing the positions within the TAT.
4. Responsible for managing end to end recruitment- sourcing, scheduling, follow-up &, etc.
5. Understand the overall needs and hiring requirements and source resumes accordingly
· Should be a Graduate. MBA/PGDM is a big plus.
· Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Candidates should be open to work on multiple positions within given timelines.
Experience: 2+ years
