Job Description:

  1. Minimum 1 and maximum of 3 years of experience in employee engagement & employee relation.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, video editing, and designing Skills.
  4. Candidates must have manufacturing experience.
  5. MBA-Human Resources

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, preparing and executing employee engagement activities (skill building, sports, health)
  2. Publication of all major events, activities and recognition on social media platforms.
  3. Identifying the possible vendors for the desired activities and negotiating with them to finalize one giving the best services at the best price.
  4. Maintaining an employee engagement calendar comprising all the major festivals and the special days of respective months and executing as planned.
  5. To take initiatives to engage and celebrate "Family Day" function for engagement with family members of employees in vivo factory.

Experience: 3 years

Salary: As per the Company Standards

Location: Greater Noida
