Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Facility, Event & Vendor Management
  • Budgeting and cost control measures
  • Project, Repair & Maintenance Management
  • Complying all statutory compliance
  • Asset Management & Procurement Management
  • Liasioning and coordinating with various departments
  • On-boarding of all new joinee
  • Joining Kit along with ID & access card arrangement
  • Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic record
  • Maintaining the attendance punch records
  • The HR and Admin executive will have to do extensive travel.

Required Skills:

  • Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical Skills, Problem solving, Organizational Ability

Experience: Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Education & Experience: Any Graduate

Salary: up to 2 LPA

Location: Gorakhpur (UP)
