- Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Technical Hiring) or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Experience in IT Hiring/Technical Hiring is mandatory
- Determine selection criteria for Product Technical Hiring.
- Source potential candidates through recruitment channels (Naukri, Monster, Shine, Hirist, IIMJobs, etc)
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks i.e Linkedin).
- Graduation or MBA in Human Resources Management.
