  1. One with min. 4 yrs. of Policy Servicing Exp (Quality Check).
  2. Has experience of vendor management for unclaimed calling.
  3. Knows unclaimed BAP Report, data maintenance.
  4. Has experience of processing of probable and active bucket.
  5. Is able to coordinate with channel partners and other teams for revalidation.
  6. Extends Customer support over calls.
  7. Engages with channel partners for data scrubbing.
  8. Assigns cases to internal teams and tracks to closure.

Experience: 4 years

Salary: As per the Company Standards

Location: Gurugram
