Job Title: Conversion Manager
- Establishing web analytics framework to monitor key KPI like Visitor behaviour, customer journeys, Search Terms, Landing Page experience, customer life cycle management and site section performance.
- Ensure that product goals and benefits are being translated in a way that is consistent with their strategies and value propositions
- Utilize reporting (conversion, funnel, etc.) data & Google analytics, web trends, Facebook insights, hub spot analytics, AMS, Alexa etc to improve business performance and strategies to drive growth.
- Experienced in planning and executing campaigns using various channels including Google, Facebook, Amazon, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Affiliate Networks, Programmatic Platforms, FB/Insta Influencers.
- Evaluate, identify & leverage upcoming emerging technologies and trends to help brands grow on digital.
- Drive day to day optimization and digital revenue responsibilities across categories; analyse weekly and daily performance, provide insights and drive day to day optimization across all platforms.
- Work with Marketing, Creative teams to deliver a cohesive shopping experience across all touch points.
- Managing an annual promotional budget for product categories while analysing the complete lead generation cycle with the aim to increase the conversion ratio.
- Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations.
- Understand how the social media impacts search traffic.
- Analyse and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies. Report on effectiveness.
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
