Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
- Handing Recruitment and onboarding Process (Direct and indirect)
- Finalizing paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment.
- Compiling the following data about employees: payroll – such as hours worked, taxes, pension contributions, and also timesheets
- Handing the statutory compliance (EPF and ESIC filling/ generating/ paying)
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Handing Customer Complains.
- Checking all records to ensure they conform to the requirements of the data protection act.
- Handing Vendors
- Managing the utility expenditure
- Managing the office decorum
- Conducting Team building activities/ Events
- Handing the Employees police Verification
- Handing the vender documentations
Desired Candidate Profile
- Working Experiences in Services Industry
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Experience: 4+ years
Salary: As per the Company Standards
