Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handing Recruitment and onboarding Process (Direct and indirect)
  • Finalizing paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment.
  • Compiling the following data about employees: payroll – such as hours worked, taxes, pension contributions, and also timesheets
  • Handing the statutory compliance (EPF and ESIC filling/ generating/ paying)
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  • Handing Customer Complains.
  • Checking all records to ensure they conform to the requirements of the data protection act.
  • Handing Vendors
  • Managing the utility expenditure
  • Managing the office decorum
  • Conducting Team building activities/ Events
  • Handing the Employees police Verification
  • Handing the vender documentations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Working Experiences in Services Industry
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Experience: 4+ years

Salary: As per the Company Standards

Location: Bangalore
