Job Description
Position Title : Head FPP ( Field Procurement & Production)
Location: Hyderabad
Reports to: Managing Director
Areas Covered: up to 20 States
Direct Reportees: Manager / Sr. Manager / Executives (Up to 10)
Total Team Size: Up to 150
Job Purpose : Oversee FPP function (along with certification). Responsible for Farm Extension Services, sustain and expand Area under Organic Contract Farming, Procurement of Agricultural Commodities and responsible to Maintain Organic Integrity and Procurement price.

Qualification: Graduate – Desirable - [Register to View] (Ag) from a reputed institute, Postgraduate – Mandatory; [Register to View] (Agri) or (MBA is desirable)
Experience: Minimum 15 years work experience in Managing Teams that are into Agriculture Production, Contract Farming, Procurement from Farmers / Traders, Farm Extension Services, Organic Product Sourcing & Certification
Principle Accountabilities:

Responsible for FPP Strategy

Ensure Farmer Advisory Services are carried out by the team – Contract Farming, engagement programs with Growers / Farmer to Promote Practices in Organic Agriculture

Responsible for Sourcing Agriculture Commodities as per Plan and parameters (quality and pricing)

Responsible for Area Expansion/Farmer membership Expansion of organic cultivation as per targets

Work with Manager / Sr. Manager FPP to develop and ensure execution of State-wise Business Plan to meet KRAs viz., targeted Area, Volume, Buying Efficiency, Documentation compliance

Responsible to Partner with other agencies present in the Project Areas towards meeting Sresta’s FPP objectives

Review Team’s Performance on Key Indicators and take steps to meet the Organizations Goals & Objectives
