Job Title: Senior GSI Account Executive/ Global account Manager (TWITCH)
- The GSI Account Executive candidate will be responsible for managing and driving unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators.
- This senior GSI account executive would come to the role with a successful track-record of managing Global partnerships, with a focus on business development, enablement, cost models, financial selling, and business negotiations.
- This candidate will lead from the front, communicate openly, and set the example of a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Required Capabilities & Experience Successful track record of partnering with India-based GSIs including but not limited to HCL, TCS, Cognizant, Tech M., Infosys, Wipro.
- This is a GAM role focused on business development.
- Ability to navigate and accelerate the partners adoption of product solutions and subsequent bookings.
- Represent and Present Rubrik and Partner value proposition
- Proven ability to navigate and advocate internally for the partner and program, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops and Legal.
- Develop and execute an account strategy, partner metrics (KPIs), and business plan. Exemplary relationship building skills, with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team.
- Ability to build a positive ecosystem with OEMS and ISVs (incl. Netapp, Microsoft, AWS, more)
- Desired capabilities & experience Knowledge of public cloud, storage and backup technologies
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred Experience using [Register to View] Knowledge of industry sales processes Background.
