Job Title: Front Office- Administration
- Provide a trained receptionist with good communication skills.
- Ensure reception is manned at all times except during lunch, breaks etc.
- During such breaks, reception shall be manned by security personnel.
- Meet and greet visitors. Inform hosts on the arrival of visitors.
- Follow visitor management system to maintain a record of visitors.
- Ensure all visitors are provided with badges/visitor cards as per process.
- Attend all calls at the reception in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to general enquiries both from external and internal callers.
- Ensure Reception is maintained clean, tidy and bears professional image.
- Support meeting room/conference room bookings.

- Good exposure of administration activities
Experience: 5 years
