Job Title: CRM Executive
Job Description (Customer Relationship Management):
- Maintain Account wise MIS.
- Prepare Account Management target customer wise and share with the team.
- MIS Preparation/customer Retention
- Daily Pickup &Delivery monitoring
- Booking Data Compilation/Customer Account Management
- Account Wise POD adverse remarks to be checked and cleared.
- Daily Coordination with the customer on all the above Analysis.
- Candidate must have good Interpersonal skills and good knowledge of Advanced Knowledge.
- Create Daily Activity Report & mail across to respective RPO.
- Bill Submission & payment collection coordination with concern team.
Experience: 0.6 to 3 years
Salary: Max 2.20 LPA CTC
Location: Indore
