- Satisfaction within stated service level goals
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, email, Internet Marketing and how the Internet and websites work
- Ability to build strong relationships across internal teams and with customers
Technical Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript
- Experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, etc.) will be an added advantage
Experience: 2-5 years
