  • He/she takes care of the front desk operation including guest registration, room assignment and check-out procedures.
  • Furthermore, an Assistant Front Office Manager assists the Front Office Manager in employee related matters such as evaluations and consulting.
  • Rectify the voice error.
  • Make them able to provide right information to customer.
  • Improve their convincing power.
  • To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
  • Resolve their queries regarding credit card or loan.
  • Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
  • Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Should have good communication skills and analytical skills Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be hard working.

Experience: 5 years
