Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager
- He/she takes care of the front desk operation including guest registration, room assignment and check-out procedures.
- Furthermore, an Assistant Front Office Manager assists the Front Office Manager in employee related matters such as evaluations and consulting.
- Rectify the voice error.
- Make them able to provide right information to customer.
- Improve their convincing power.
- To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
- Resolve their queries regarding credit card or loan.
- Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
- Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Should have good communication skills and analytical skills Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be hard working.
