  • Experience: 2 -9 years’ experience in Redressing Customer Queries, Grievance & Escalation in Retail Banking
  • Very Good communication & convincing skills.
  • Working exposure to redress Customer Grievance & Escalations.
  • Exposure Customer Service
  • Experience into phone banking or a banking process would be an added advantage.
  • Candidate will be responsible to redress, Customer query, grievances, complaints, escalation or concerns at all key touch points, in adherence with the Bank policy & Principles

Experience: 2-9 years
