- Experience: 2 -9 years’ experience in Redressing Customer Queries, Grievance & Escalation in Retail Banking
- Very Good communication & convincing skills.
- Working exposure to redress Customer Grievance & Escalations.
- Exposure Customer Service
- Experience into phone banking or a banking process would be an added advantage.
- Candidate will be responsible to redress, Customer query, grievances, complaints, escalation or concerns at all key touch points, in adherence with the Bank policy & Principles
