Job Title: Deputy Manager - Distribution Planning & Program Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely delivery of key aspects of Sales Governance and Credit Life Central Support team activities
  • Maintaining the updated tracker for the overall credit life Redesign project, track the effectiveness of the implemented actionable and update progress
  • Analyzing the partner level performance on the critical attachment ratios w.r.t competition and provide performance reports partner wise
  • Support in tracking the actionable of the Life NEXT tech project
  • Interact with internal stakeholders for monitoring the performance of the ongoing process and technology enablement’s
  • Responsible for setting up, tracking and updating the monthly Governance Council trackers (Business teams (GC with partners), Ops, Tech GCs) and provide inputs to the concerned stakeholders across departments on the deviations or delays in various enablement’s

Candidate Requirement

  • Any Graduate with 4 to 7 years of experience in BFSI industry
  • Understanding of the Credit Life Business domain
  • Proficiency in MS office and tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills
